The Stovetop Churrasco used inspiration from an ancient Brazilian technique for barbecuing which was the favorite of gauchos. You set this cooker up over a gas stove burner in order to create delightful dishes. It even comes with six stainless steel skewers and the grill basket that will hold 4 ½ pounds of vegetables, fish, or meat upright and around the flame in order to create that slight charring flavor known as churrasco. The skewers can be rotated so the food cooks evenly all on sides and remove from the cooker easily to serve at the table.
