The Braille-Central Phone is revolutionary for cell phone usage by Seon-Keun Park. Every aspect of a cell phone is incorporated into this style of phone for those who are visually impaired. There are raised and lowered portions so that anyone, not just the visually impaired, can use the phone accurately. Electric Active Plastic is how the lowered and raised portions are added to the phone. There are 4 modes to use on the phone. One is off where every button is lowered, the other is text, one is Braille numbers, and the last is roman-character numbers.
