The rebuilding of New Orleans is in the hearts of many and Noah is just one of the designs that will be able to benefit 40,000 residents. The structure offers planned residential units, schools, parking, hotels, casinos, and more. Some of the preliminaries include three hotels with 200 rooms each, three casinos, district school system with 100,000 square feet, and a district health care facility with 20,000 square feet. It is believed the only location suitable for NOAH is on the Mississippi riverfront neighboring the Central Business District.
