As Apple continues to roll out the news, iTunes gets in on the action.
Sometimes no news is good news.

A special thanks to our friends over at AppleInsider for getting the scoop on the latest development in iTunes. The whisper is that sometime early next week, Apple will release a new version of their popular iTunes software. There are several enhancements, but overall nothing earth shattering is to be expected

The new iTunes 7.5 will be launched with full compatibility for Mac as well as Microsoft’s XP and Vista Windows operating systems. What can you expect? Let’s take a look.

  • Increased stability
  • Better management of duplicate song and video entries
  • Resolution to the upgrade problems many face when converting standard iTunes tracks to iTunes Plus versions.
  • …. That’s about it.

With so much news coming out with regards to Leopard and the iPhone, iTunes may have felt a bit neglected. So let’s all give iTunes a big hug and let it know that we are still friends.
