The Blood Pressure Reducing Isometric Exerciser was developed from the same technology that is used by the United States Air Force to help improve blood circulation of F-16 pilots. This gadget can actually reduce blood pressure without the aid of medication. “Clinical research by cardiovascular specialists shows the device lowers blood pressure in 90% of users who perform the therapy 12 minutes per day, five days a week.” All you do is hold the gadget and squeeze. You must squeeze as hard as you can. The device will then measure your maximum hand strength and give you a target pressure that will be seventy percent below your threshold. The exercise can be done by watching television or any time you are just resting.

This seems like a great product, I have sister and mom on blood pressure medicine. I wonder if a product like this would help them lower it enough to take them off. Something I will definitely look into. Thanks for the great info.
