iPod turntable lets you spin your way to digital freedom.
Still spinning to the oldies? Here is one more reason to upgrade.
Some inventions were born to eliminate nostalgia.

You must admit, the idea of a crossing an old retro vinyl lover with a new modern, bordering on futuristic, iPod ripper is almost enough to make you laugh. In other words, I am asking myself, can I really see my father standing over this device ripping music to his iPod? Let’s take this thought a step further and ask ourselves, was it not truly our grand parents generation who made vinyl the huge success that it was/is? Will my Grandmother steady her fingers to place the needle on the record one last time in efforts of empowering her iPop nano? Does Grandma have an iPod nano?
Nonetheless, the Ion USB turntable is very well conceived. You may now import your vinyl LPs not only to MP3 format directly to your computer, but with the new iPod dock, your vinyls are now portable. I am equally as impressed with the software that ships with the unit that works to remove scratches, hisses and pops. You will have to cough up around $250 for this technology, but for many, this is money well spent.
